General terms and conditions

These general terms and conditions apply to all offers organised and carried out by Medium Natalie Baltisberger JENALIFE S.L.U..

Coaching and payment
You book the coaching via my booking page and you agree to pay the amount for the selected services directly to secure your appointment with me. 

Cancellation
For cancellations 48 hours before the appointment, the amount will be refunded in full. 
I retain 50% of the amount for cancellations within 48 hours.

Disclaimer
The customer bears full responsibility for himself and his actions inside and outside the coaching and releases the medium Natalie Baltisberger- JENALIFE S.L.U from all liability claims. Anyone who is undergoing therapy or medical treatment must inform me when registering in order to clarify a possible mediumistic coaching.
Natalie Baltisberger JENALIFE S.L.U is not liable for the actions or omissions of third parties who are indirectly or directly involved in the coaching or at an event. 

Video and audio recordings
No video or audio recordings may be made during any coaching sessions without express consent.

Insurances
For all events organised by Medium Natalie Baltisberger, JENALIFE S.L.U. I exclude any liability for damages incurred. You are therefore responsible for taking out adequate insurance cover yourself. Use of the rooms is at your own risk. Medium Natalie Baltisberger  JENALIFE S.L.U cannot be held liable for theft or loss of items.

Confidentiality
All information exchanged during the coaching session will of course be treated confidentially;

Spanish law is applicable to all legal relationships with Medium Natalie Baltisberger JENALIFE S.L.U. Place of jurisdiction is Palma de Mallorca.

By law, I am not allowed to give information about illnesses or legal issues, let alone talk about death, when it will happen
