Thoughts are energy

Every thought carries a vibration. If we repeat a thought often enough, it begins to influence our feelings, actions and even our body.

  • Negative thoughts pull us down and make us doubt.

  • Positive, loving thoughts give us trust and confidence.

If we believe "I can't do it", our actions are inhibited. However, if we allow ourselves to think "I can do it", we open up the space for new experiences.
